Linda koch

Linda Koch has been with Friedman-Roth since 2002. As an Associate Broker here, she has brokered many multi-million dollar sales in the NYC boroughs. Her specialty is investment properties in both residential and commercial markets.

Before getting involved in real estate, Linda was a Director of Human Resources. It was during this time that she discovered a talent for communication and negotiation. She brings her great communication skills and love of people to the world of real estate investment.

Linda is a native New Yorker. Her wit and positive attitude make her a favorite with co-workers and clients alike. Linda is also known for her problem-solving skills and tenacity, and is often called on in negotiations. Another of Linda’s strengths is her integrity, which has been instilled in her since childhood. She works with a wide variety of clients, enjoying the diverse cultures provided by her native New York City.

Linda has a BA degree from Finch College. She also has a Masters of Arts Degree and a Professional Diploma from T.C. Columbia University. She enjoys travel, jazz, tennis and getting together with friends.
