Radmin began his real estate career working for Selwyn and Eric Roth at Friedman-Roth Realty as a licensed salesperson. After a few years, he left the company and formed his own thriving real estate brokerage firm.

Throughout 28 years in the real estate industry, Radmin achieved great success within the brokerage community and was directly involved in negotiating the sale of hundreds of buildings. Radmin’s most memorable transactions involved employing his skill for originating quick painless private financing and simultaneously closing on sales of a building and loan. This ability has been a distinguishing factor in his career and helped him to achieve continued success.   

In 2009, Radmin wound down his brokerage firm, and along with a number of associates, joined forces with Eric Roth and George Niblock. Radmin became a co-managing partner of Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC, which has been a staple in New York real estate for over 43 years. Today, the brokerage company incorporates the services of 17 associate brokers and salespersons and specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout the New York metropolitan area. Since inception, Friedman-Roth has brokered more than 1000 transactions and remains a trusted leader in today’s brokerage marketplace.
