LYNDA BLUMBERG

Lynda Blumberg recently joined Friedman-Roth’s Investment Sales team, as an Associate Broker. Prior to joining Friedman-Roth, Ms. Blumberg spent 20 years as one of the highest selling commercial brokers of multifamily in the NYC Area especially the Bronx. Ms. Blumberg has sold over1,200 plus investment properties whose market is in the billions.

Ms. Blumberg started her career at Besen and Associates in 2000. In 2007 she brokered the single largest transaction in the history of the Bronx: a $295 million sale of approximately 3,600 apartments in 51 separate buildings and 80 stores. In 2007 she was honored her in- Real Estate Weekly “Rising Star Award”.  Year after year she relentlessly fuels the commercial real estate market with her gift of finding legendary deals for buyers and sellers.

Ms. Blumberg Was Besen and Associates Broker of the Year in 2012 and awarded 2014 and 2016 Deal of the Year. In 2016 she sold Lee’s Art Shop on Billionaire’s Row for 83M. She was honored in one of the in one of the NYREJ Women In Real Estate.

Blumberg started her career in real estate managing her family’s real estate portfolio in the East Village of NYC where she cumulatively rented approximately 700 apartments and retail. Over eight years in the family business her responsibilities shifted from managing, renting apartments as well as finding building’s for her Family’s portfolio. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Lyndaworked in Open Heart Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital. Her knack and passion for real estate lead her to work briefly for Bellmarc  Realty and Cushman Wakefield formally Massey-Knakal. Her passion for the brokerage business and overall determination has fueled her success in all types of transactions.

Blumberg graduated from N.Y.U. School of Nursing. She is an ardent supporter of many charitable organizations as well as is a member of many professional organizations.
